The guidePORT solution packages are as flexible as the demands placed on us themselves. The modular guidePORT system allows the solution package to be tailor-made to suit your individual needs. At the same time, each package can be subsequently expanded without any restrictions. guidePORT grows in line with your requirements - making the system as economical as possible at every level.

Package 1

Even the basic version with any number of guidePORT receivers, headphones and charging units is sufficient to operate an extremely efficient guidePORT system. With these components, the visitor simply starts the recordings with the touch of a button. He enters the relevant number on the receiver wherever and as often as he wants.

Package 2

By simply adding identifiers to your guidePORT system, your visitors can enjoy the convenience of automatic triggering of audio information. The recordings commence as soon as the visitor enters the area defined by you in the vicinity of the exhibit. The visitor is able to stop and repeat recordings any number of times when in the range of the identifier.

Package 3

Today, multimedia and video elements are the norm in many exhibitions and events. With guidePORT, you can offer such elements in multiple languages: simultaneously and lip-synched. This means one visitor can listen to the text of a film in English, at the same time another visitor can listen to the text in Spanish - whilst both watch the same film.

Instead of different languages, you can also opt for versions with different information: for children, adults or experts, or specially prepared texts for the partially sighted.

If a group of visitors requests a separate tour by a museum guide, this can be integrated in the guidePORT system via a separate microphone/transmitter combination. This means that other visitors on guidePORT tours are barely disturbed. This is also an ideal solution for tours of plants as working procedures are not interrupted.

Package 4
